* Please note that we do not offer décor, catering or operational staff services, we do however have trusted suppliers we will appropriately recommend and source for you where applicable.
Every venue works differently and that means the job description for the titles vary greatly too.
As I can help at every stage of the process, there is no right or wrong answer to this question.
Please do be mindful though, they are there on behalf of the venues, to ensure they have all of the operational facts from you in good time, to allow them to organise kitchen staff and produce orders, linen, bar and other staffing quantities, even if they are advertised as 'dedicated' to your booking. They are not there to guide you through the same checklists or queries you might be considering and ultimately, they will unlikely have the capacity in their busy diaries to do so. Their priorities simply differ from yours.
That's where I come in. Your priorities are my priorities. You are at the forefront of action I take. I am working on your behalf.
If you simply want some guidance at the beginning of your planning journey, and are not sure where to start, I can help.
If you don't know (and most people haven't planned a Wedding before in truth) what elements to plan for, how long in advance, how to make tricky decisions etc. again, I can advise and support you. If you're hoping to include a civil ceremony, Mandap, even Humanist service and just want some advice about what to be aware of, I'm ready to help. If you're much further along but are starting to feel overwhelmed with all of the paperwork, versus work and personal commitments, and want to enjoy the fun bits with the big day rapidly approaching, I'm here for that too.
I will happily work with venues & suppliers collaboratively on your wedding day as an extension of you, or in the lead up, depending on your wishes.
The simple answer is yes.
Whatever level of advice and support you need with your Wedding journey, wherever you are considering hosting (U.K or abroad), please get in touch and we'll make a plan together.
I work with couples from all across the U.K and I'm happy to travel from my base in the West Midlands. When we discuss your options, we'll talk about locations and I'll be transparent with any travel costs that are built into your proposal.
Every couple is different and you know what is right for you.
I strongly recommend reaching out to suppliers as soon as you think you might be wanting to work with them, to avoid dissapointment. As with most other suppliers in the industry, I only confirm one couple per Wedding date to ensure I can give you everything you deserve.
We accept Wedding related bookings up to 3 years before the big day and everything in between.
If you are unsure of what type of support is best for you both, please complete the enquiry form on the Contact page with details and we will get a free call booked in, to cover your pressing issues in addition to those initial details. We can then look to schedule a longer discovery meeting.
This will allow us to give you a better indication of when to action certain elements and give you the confidence you need, to make the right decisions for you and your Wedding planning journey.
As every single couple is different, so are your needs.
Some couples only want help with a few minor things and some reassurance.
Others want to have the peace of mind of handing it all over to a professional, someone who can expertly guide them through at a calm pace with experienced eyes and will be the buffer and confidant they didn't realise they wanted.
Each unique planning journey requires varying involvement and expertise,. Once we've discussed your needs, a tailored proposal with pricing that is bespoke to your exact requirements will be sent across to you by email for review.
If you do have extra's or upgrades that you wish to include, this will be updated promptly for you.
There are two approaches; (1) full Wedding planning (2) build as you go Wedding planning
Pricing mainly falls within 4 areas; Planning, Administration (Wed-min), Coordination or All.
If you know that you'll only want help with a few little elements here and there, the ad-hoc solutions will work best.
If you think your needs might grow, then the full planning package will be a smarter investment as it includes everything, for less. No gatekeeping here x
Our simple solutions start from £75.
For guide prices please see services or reach out for a bespoke quote unique to your specifics and non-negotiables.
We will have worked together through a discovery meeting (by zoom or in person) to establish exactly what support you want to help you with your Wedding planning journey and a detailed proposal will have been issued.
Once that's been reviewed/amended, and you're happy, a contract and deposit invoice will be issued by email to you.
To secure your Wedding date and all respective support, you'll return the signed contract and pay a 40% deposit.
Standard payment schedule;
40% Deposit to secure agreement
40% No less than 90 days prior
20% No less than 30 days prior
As soon as payment and paperwork are received, I can start scheduling in our initial meetings and milestone dates and the fun can commence!
Further detail can be found in the contract terms and conditions. If you would like a copy in advance, please get in touch.
Weddings can get very costly and you'll likely have suppliers requesting balances at similar times which can be a challenge to manage in some cases understandably.
Once your booking is secured with your 40% deposit, I will happily discuss payment plans for all remaining balances.
Secure payments can be made via the website to correspond with an issued invoice.
Please just let me know in advance what you're hoping to pay and when, ahead of each schedule date and I can split the invoices for you to make these deadlines less daunting.
Payments via the website can also be made by Credit card.
#Tip
Most suppliers require their last payment at around 1 month / 30 days / 4 weeks prior to your Wedding date. If I'm not helping you with your budgeting as part of our journey, please try to space out payments ahead of this to avoid a pinch point and unnecessary stress before your special day x
#Tip
This is your reminder to check with your chosen suppliers whether they accept credit card. A lot of providers in the Wedding industry are small boutique specialists whom may not offer this.
