Why you don't have to try so hard to be the best version of you

Whilst it is admirable to use your Wedding day as a milestone motivator, to make you feel more comfortable in your own skin, you need to shut out all of the social and unconscious pressures to conform and 'improve' yourself 'for' your Wedding. Especially from an aesthetic perspective.

It simply is not necessary for anyone else! It is your moment.

Yes, it can be incredibly hard to do but please trust me on this.

If you have a strong desire to; tone up, work on your posture, skin, teeth or even hair care, that may be wonderful but it should only ever be for you! Do not let external influences cloud your enjoyment of your Wedding journey. Your wellbeing is what matters most. Who you are on the inside is outwardly projected. When you are strong inside, you shine on the outside.

If you are not solely working on those things you 'think' that you must, for you alone, then it will make it all so much tougher both physically and mentally. Additionally, that would likely cause resentment and future challenges. Creating a positive foundation is key. Carve your own path.

You deserve to go into your day, your vows, your future, feeling your best. And that begins with your mindset.

Say after me;

Your partner loves who you already are.

Your family loves who you already are.

Your friends love who you already are.

You are enough my darling x
